Dana Campbell
Dana Campbell
Pre-K Teacher
Dana has a long history with Christ Church Children’s Center as a Spanish teacher and as a parent of three graduates of the school. She has her Bachelor’s degree from Bowdoin College and her Master’s degree in Education from Harvard University. Dana has had a variety of experiences in education, including being a Spanish teacher in private high school as well as teaching Spanish to preschool and elementary children. Since 2002, Dana has worked in various part-time capacities at Christ Church Children’s Center as both a Spanish enrichment teacher, as well as a substitute teacher. Dana teaches in Room 24.

Colleen has been with Christ Church Children's Center since 2008 as a parent, volunteer and as a substitute teacher. Colleen earned her BA in Sociology and Psychology from Hofstra University. She worked for 9 years in the special education/social work field as an assistant teacher, program coordinator and assistant director at a day habilitation program for adults with intellectual and development disabilities. Colleen resides in Andover with her husband and three children and has been an active volunteer of the South School PTO for 9 years.

Christy has a M.Ed. in Education from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA. Christy has over 30 years experience in the field of early childhood education and has served as a home visitor, teacher, program coordinator, consultant and director. Before coming to CCCC in 2006, Christy was the Teaching Director at the Fox Hill School in Danvers. At Christ Church Children's Center she taught in the four-year-old morning and afternoon classes until being hired as director in 2009. Christy is married and lives in Ipswich.

Phyllis came to Christ Church Children’s Center in 1996 and teaches art classes a CCCC in the Preschool and Pre-K programd. She is a graduate of Boston Business School and Newbury College where she received her Associate of Arts degree. She has lived in Andover for over 30 years. She has served as a Board member of the West Elementary PTO, and has many years of volunteering experience at West Elementary. Phyllis has two adult sons.

Cecilia Miksch
Preschool Teacher
Cecilia joined CCCC in early 2024. She began teaching in 2020 at Discover preschool. Cecilia has an Associate of Business degree and is Early Childhood Ed certified. She lives in Andover with her husband and two children. Over the years, Cecilia has played an active role volunteering in her children’s schools as well as PTO boards.

Preschool Teacher
Noel has been part of Christ Church Children's Center since 2011, first as a parent (all 5 of her children attended CCCC!), then as a substitute, and now as a teacher. Noel has a bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and completed numerous early childhood education classes during her time at UMass. Noel lives in Andover with her 5 children, her dog, Rosie, and her 2 cats, Chloe and Milo.

Michelle O’Leary joined the CCCC staff in 2005 to teach in the afternoon Four-year-old program. In 2007, Michelle joined Mrs. Sedgwick in the Three’s program. This year Michelle will return to the 4’s team and teach with Mrs. Sedgwick in the Pre-K class and also teach in our Early Birds program. She has an A.S. degree in Business and in 2009 Michelle completed a certificate program in Early Childhood Education at Northern Essex Community College. Michelle lives in Methuen and has three adult children. She has considerable experience both as a volunteer and substitute teacher in her children’s preschool and grammar school.

Lisa Perkins

Lisa has been a part of the Christ Church Children’s Center community since 2018 as a parent, chair of the Parent Advisory Group, substitute, and now teacher. A native of Maine, she headed west and earned her degree from Stanford and then spent the next 10 years working for technology companies in the San Francisco Bay Area before moving to Boston and then to Andover. She has spent her years in Andover raising her kids, working with non-profits supporting children in the Merrimack Valley, and substitute teaching here and in the Andover public schools. It turns out, she really loves spending her time with children in learning environments! She lives here with her husband, two children (both CCCC alums!), flock of chickens, and dog.

Maureen Ritter

Maureen Ritter has been with CCCC since 2008. She had been working in the accounting/finance field for over 20 years when she decided to change careers and pursue a degree in Early Childhood Education. She is currently enrolled in a degree program at Middlesex Community College and is a certified lead teacher. This year she will be teaching in Room 109. Mrs. Ritter lives in North Andover with her husband Bob and has a college aged son, 3 adult stepchildren, and 2 grandchildren.

Toby Sedgwick

Toby began teaching at C.C.C.C. in 2004 in our three-year old program. Toby has her B.S. degree in Anthropology-Zoology from the University of Michigan and worked for many years as a Cytogenetic Technologist. In 2004 she completed a certificate program in Early Childhood Education at Middlesex Community College which included experience student teaching in the Tewksbury Public Schools, both in an integrated preschool program and kindergarten. Toby lives in Tewksbury and has two adult daughters.

Anny joined the CCCC community as a parent of a Pre-Kindergartener and quickly became an vital member of our school by serving as the PAG co-chair. Now in her third year working in the CCCC office, she has become the "go-to" person to answer questions from parents and staff alike! Anny lives in Andover with her husband and two children

Nicole Tisbert
Pre-K Teacher
Nicole has been a parent at CCCC since 2010. She received a degree in Occupational Therapy from Quinnipiac University and has enjoyed working as a licensed pediatric occupational therapist for over 20 years. Nicole has worked in medical and school based settings including outpatient pediatric clinics, preschool, elementary and middle and high schools. Nicole lives in Andover with her husband and four children.
